9.COLDPLAY 4/12場次於2017/02/06完成購票之配送訂單，3/1(三) 17:00起不再接受傳真退票，若需辦理退票者，請於收到票卡後，連同退票申請表寄回拓元辦理退票申請。
COLDPLAY Tickets Delivery Announcement Phase 2.Tickets of Apr. 12 show (purchased before and on Feb. 6, 2017) have been sent to Ta-Q-Bin Delivery or post office in the afternoon of Mar. 1(Wed.) and are expected to start to be delivered from Mar. 3(Fri.).
a. Our system will send notification emails and update the delivery status of your orders online.
b. Our emails might be regarded as spams by your e-mailing system. Please check your spam folder and add tixCraft customer service email address (email@example.com) to your email contact list or whitelist.
c. Once receiving our notification email, you may check "Order Status" at "Order History" from our website.
d. If your order status is "Delivered", you may click at "Show Detail" to see the delivery tracking number of Ta-Q-Bin Delivery or post office. You can see the delivery progress of your tickets by clicking the link.
e. If you do not receive your tickets in five working days after receiving the notification email, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org with the following data:
(i) Order Number
(ii) Name registered in your membership
(iii) Email address you used to register the membership
f. If any of the following scenario occurs, your tickets can only be obtained at the event venue ticket office:
(i) If Ta-Q-Bin Delivery couldn't contact you for several times or the post office registered mail failed to be claimed, the tickets will be returned to our office and you will need to collect your tickets at the event venue ticket office.
(ii) The delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete receiver's name.
(iii) The delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address.
(iv) The receiver's name is not in Chinese or is a nickname.
(v) The address is not in Chinese.
g. On tickets collection at the venue:
(i) Tickets can be obtained at the ticket office located at HSR Taoyuan Station Plaza on the event day. The actual date and location will be announced one week before the event.
(ii) Please show the following data upon collection for identity verification:
a. Order number (Log in and check your "Order History" at tixCraft website to get this number)
b. Photo ID (ex: insurance card, passport or other forms of ID)-Please note the name on the ID MUST BE THE SAME as the name registered in your membership.
h. tixCraft doesn't accept any ticket refund applications by fax later than 5pm, Mar. 1(Wed.) for Tickets of Apr. 12 show (purchased before and on Feb. 6, 2017). Please wait until you receive your tickets (RFID cards) and send the ticket refund application form with your tickets (RFID cards) by using registered mail to "tixCraft Customer Service Department."
