  1. Please login in with your Facebook or Google account before purchasing tickets.
  2. Please check and make sure if your account registration information is correctly matched to your ID information (name and ID number must be the same person). If discovered that any identities are wrongfully used, it will be subject to the laws of Taiwan and reported to the authorities.
  3. Purchasing limit (purchasing by Mobile Device is available) up to 4 tickets are allowed per person. Ticket number is computer automatically generated.
  4. To ensure everyone fairness and rights, please do respect the purchasing limit of the tickets.
  5. One ticket one person per entry. Entry order will be sorted by assigned ticket number.

  6. Please check all details before your transaction is complete and do not buy tickets from any non-official sources to protect your rights. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the tickets.
  7. Tickets cannot be re-issued, refunded, or exchanged if they are lost, damaged, burned, or not recognizable. Tickets which have been altered/ tampered/ defaced and copies/ scans of tickets are invalid.
  8. tixCraft is the ONLY official ticketing. The promoter and tixCraft are not responsible for the validity of tickets bought through fraudulent, unauthorized resale platforms etc. Please avoid any kind of such transaction in order to protect your right for a wonderful live concert memory.The promoter reserves the right to report to a police according to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2.
  9. The following items are strictly prohibited within the venue and will be confiscated if found.
  • Explosive items, restricted items, flammable items, laser pen, etc.
  • Cameras, video cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.
  • Whistles, hand-clappers, or any cheering items that makes noise.
  • Selfie sticks, LED banners, folding stools, balloons, large-sized cheer supplies and chairs or any kind of height-adding device are NOT allowed.
  • Or any items that concert staffs that deems dangerous and suspicious, you will not be able to bring it into the venue.
  1. The following actions are restricted inside the venue.
  • Any form of CAMERA, VIDEO or AUDIO recording/ live streaming are strictly PROHIBITED during the show.
  • If anyone violets the rule, the staff member shell have the rights to remove the recording equipment from the venue immediately and delete all photos, videos and audio files taken at the concert. You may be expelled from the venue and reported to the proper authorities.
  1. During the show
  • If possible, please dress and carry light to the venue, as any baggage and items will not be allowed inside the venue.
  • Please avoid wearing any hats or holding up signage and boards are not allowed, as it obstructs the view for the people in the back.
  • Please do not throw any items such as pet bottles, aluminum cans, etc.
  • The promoter reserves the right to expelled anyone from the venue if they deemed they have violated the rules.
  • Any pets are strictly prohibited within the venue.
  • Please for safetly concerns, do not wear high-heel shoes inside the venue.
  1. Please turn off all cell and mobile devices or set them to silent mode.
  2. In case the event is postponed or cancelled, the promoter is not responsible for traffic or accommodation compensation.
  3. Please check Amuse Taiwan Official Facebook Page for admission guidelines. The promoter reserves the right to alter/ amend/ modify or cancel the event without notice.

    1. Please login in with your Facebook or Google account before purchasing tickets. (Purchasing by Mobile Device is available)
    2. Up to 4 tickets are allowed per order per membership account. Ticket number is computer automatically generated.
    3. Payment methods include “Credit Card” (online only) or “ATM Money Transfer” or “ibonkiosk” (at 7-11 CVS) . Please note the ATM card you use must be registered by Taiwan bank and please finish your transaction via ATM money transfer within 1 hour after the order is confirmed.
    4. For any payment method (credit Card, ATM Transfer, or ibon kiosk), no matter what message (e.g. failed, declined, successful) is shown when you operate, please always check your order status and always follow the instruction on our website in all cases.
    5. Payment by “ “Credit Card” (online only)
      a.VISA, MASTER, JCB cards are acceptable for credit card payment. American Express, Diners and UnionPay credit cards are not acceptable.
      b.If your transaction is failed or declined by paying with credit cards, please always check your order status on our website whether the order is confirmed.
    6. Payment by “ATM Money Transfer”
      a.Bank transfer over the counter is not allowed.
      b.Paying with a non-Cathay Bank ATM card or at a non-Cathay Bank ATM machine will be charged NT$15 as extra bank charges.
      c.please finish your transaction via ATM money transfer within 1 hour after the order is confirmed.
    7. Payment by “ibonkiosk”(at 7-11 CVS)”
      a.If you choose to pay via 7-11 ibon kiosk, please wait for at least 20 minutes before operating any ibon kiosks. The payment should be done within 1 hour after your order is confirmed. For instance, if you confirm the order at 10:00 on our website, the payment must be done by 11:00.If you fail to make the payment before the 1-hour deadline, your order will be cancelled and the tickets will be released back to the system.
      b.The ibon kiosk payment process as below:

      I. Please read and follow theinstructions shown in "Order History". Make sure you print the “Order History” page or remember your “Ticket Pickup Serial Number” and “Ticket Pickup Number”.
      II. Go to your nearest 7-11 CVS and pay/get your tickets printed with the following steps.
          a. Find anibon kiosk at the 7-11CVS.
          b. Please click “票券中心”→”售票系統”→”取票”→”拓元售票系統” at ibon.
          c. Please input your “Ticket Pickup Serial Number” and “Ticket Pickup Number” respectively and print the payment voucher.
          d. Please bring the voucher to the cashier in the same 7-11 CVS and pay/ get your tickets printed. Please note you are required to pay in cash by choosing “pay via ibon kiosk” and an amount of NT$30 in cash per order as service fee will be charged upon making the payment at 7-11 CVS.

      Please note after printing the voucher,be sure to pay in 10 minutes or you will need to re-print the voucher again by following the instructions above all over again. If you fail to make the payment before the 1-hour deadline, your order will be cancelled and the tickets will be released back to the system.

    8. If you have any unpaid orders or if your payment for any orders has failed in your account, you will need to wait until the system automatically deletes the previous orders for the next purchase.
    9. After the transaction is complete online by paying with credit cards, you have agreed the tickets are purchased and cannot be changed or cancelled with or without picking up tickets via ibon for whatever reasons. If you need to refund any ticket, please follow our ticket refund instructions.
    1. Please get your tickets printedat your nearest 7-11 ibon Kiosk in Taiwan.
    2. Ticket Pickup at 7-11 ibon kiosk process:
      ●Please read and follow the ticket pickup instructions shown in "Order History". Make sure you print the “Order History” page or remember your“Ticket Pickup Serial Number” and “Ticket Pickup Number”.
      ●Go to your nearest 7-11 CVS and get your tickets printed with the following steps.
        a. Find anibon kiosk at the 7-11CVS.
        b. Please click “票券中心”→”售票系統”→”取票”→”拓元售票系統” at ibon.
        c. Please input your “Ticket Pickup Serial Number” and “Ticket Pickup Number” respectively and print the voucher.
        d. Please bring the voucher to the cashier in the same 7-11 CVS and get your tickets printed.Please note an amount of NT$30 in cash per order as service fee will be charged upon ticket pickup at 7-11 CVS.
    3. Orders that have been paid couldn’t be refunded if you exceed the time limit to collect your tickets.
    1. 10% of the ticket price will be charged as service fee for all refunded tickets unless the concert is cancelled due to force majeure.
    2. All tickets may not be exchanged. Tickets can be refunded if they are received by tixCraft by Jan. 17, 2018 (ten days before the event date).
    3. Refund Process:
      1. When apply for ticket refund, customers who paid by cash or ATM transfer will be refunded in cash, and those who paid by credit card will get the refund from the credit card used.
      2. Pay by Credit Card
        If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form, and return the form with your original tickets by using registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
        If the tickets have not been picked up yet, please download and complete the ticket refund application form and fax it to 02-8772-9853. The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
        It may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft. After the refund process is done, money will be sent to the credit card company. The time for each card issuing bank to process the credits back to your account is different. Please check with your card issuing bank for the actual time the refund to appear on the statement.
      3. ATM Money Transfer
        If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
        If the tickets have not been picked up yet, please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form faxed to 02-8772-9853. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
        The refund process may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received).
      4. Pay by cash via 7-11 ibonkiosk
         ●Please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan.The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s nameand account number clearly.
        ●The refund process may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received). 
    4. Please check your order at "Order History" at tixCraft website after 5 working days. Your order status should be "Refund due to personal issues". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation.
