Start from this March in Europe, across Europe and United State, the total number of 85 shows – 24K Magic World Tour, sold out 1 million tickets on the day as the show announced on sale in America.

Now, with the breathtaking selling records, 24K Magic Tour is coming to Asia, held in Taiwan Taipei on April 17th 2018. It’s the second stop in Asia after Japan, and is the one-and-only show in Taiwan. All the fans must not miss it this time! Meanwhile, the promoter will produce commemorative tickets, all the successful buyers can have their name on the special tickets.

◆ Please note the name is not editable after submission.
◆ You can only enter names in Traditional Chinese and English. Chinese name should be shorter than 7 characters, and English name also should be shorter than 25 lower cases letters. The length of names in mixed characters will automatically be determined by System.
◆ Please note one space is counted as one lower case letter and please DO NOT use any special characters in the name.


For safety, pregnant women, children under 7 year's old and 110cm are not allowed to enter.
Standing ticket holders will queue up for entry according to the sequence number printed on the ticket.

  1. One ticket is valid for one person ONLY for the date on the ticket. Children in any age need a ticket to enter. Pregnant women and children under 7 year’s old or under 110cm are not allowed for this GA event for safety consideration.
  2. Please read these terms and conditions and check the content of your order carefully. The transaction is non-cancellable once the payment is complete.
  3. Tickets cannot be re-issued, refunded, or exchanged if they are lost, damaged, burned, or not recognizable. Tickets which have been altered/ tampered/ defaced and copies/ scans of tickets are invalid.
  4. Any form of CAMERA, VIDEO or AUDIO recording/ live streaming are strictly PROHIBITED during the show. If anyone violets the rule, the staff member shell have the rights to remove the recording equipment from the venue immediately and delete all photos, videos and audio files taken at the concert.Selfie sticks, LED banners, folding stools, balloons, large-sized cheer supplies and chairs or any kind of height-adding device are NOT allowed.
  5. All foods & beverages are NOT allowed.
  6. Tickets are not refundable within 10 days before the event. A service fee of 10% of the ticket prices will be charged for ticket refund. For discount ticket applicants, you must be able to present valid documents upon purchase and entry on show day. The total amount of refund tickets for each person/show should not exceed the limit quantity of each show in all circumstances.
  7. tixCraft is the ONLY official ticketing. The promoter and tixCraft are not responsible for the validity of tickets bought through fraudulent, unauthorized resale platforms etc. Please avoid any kind of such transaction in order to protect your right for a wonderful live concert memory.
  8. Tickets which are bought in any resale platforms at a greater price than the official price are not refundable under all circumstances. The promoter reserves the right to report to a police according to the Social Order Maintenance Act Article 64-2.
  9. Please check all details before your transaction is complete and do not buy tickets from any non-official sources to protect your rights. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the tickets.
  10. In case the event is postponed or cancelled, the promoter is not responsible for traffic or accommodation compensation.
  11. Please follow admission guidelines. The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter, admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the concert. Patrons who choose to violate show policies will be ejected and not permitted to re-enter the venue and those who are ejected shall not refund their tickets.
  12. Please check Live Nation Taiwan Official Facebook Page for admission guidelines https://www.facebook.com/livenationtw/ . The promoter reserves the right to alter/ amend/ modify or cancel the event without notice.

  2. Up to 4 tickets are allowed per person. In order to accelerate your order process, you may choose "Computer generated" for seat selection.
  3. You can choose “Credit Card” (online only) or “ATM Money Transfer” as your payment method. Please note the ATM card you use must be registered by Taiwan bank and please finish your transaction via ATM money transfer within 1 hour after the order is confirmed.
  4. If you have any unpaid orders or if your payment for any orders has failed in your account, you will need to wait until the system automatically deletes the previous orders for the next purchase.
  5. VISA, MASTER, JCB cards are acceptable for credit card payment. American Express, Diners and UnionPay credit cards are not acceptable.
  6. If your transaction is failed or declined by paying with credit cards, please always check your order status on our website whether the order is confirmed.
  7. Bank transfer over the counter is not allowed.
  8. Paying with a non-Cathay Bank ATM card or at a non-Cathay Bank ATM machine will be charged NT$15 as extra bank charges.
  9. A NT$60 service fee is applied per order.
  1. All tickets will be delivered via appointed logistics company to your delivery address within Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu. Overseas shipping service is not available. Please choose "現場取票 (Event Venue Collection)" as your delivery method and collect your tickets at ticketing booth on site. Your membership information will be used as shipping information. Please make sure that your name, phone number and address are correct in order to receive tickets or products successfully.
    • The tickets that are purchased before March. 23, 2018 can be delivered to only one address per order.
    • The tickets that are purchased from March. 242018 and after must be picked up at the venue.
  2. If you choose "現場取票 (Event Venue Collection)" as your deliver method, please collect your tickets at our ticketing booth on site from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on the day of the show. Upon picking up your tickets, you will be asked to show the following information for identity verification.
  • Order number
  • Photo ID (ex: insurance card, passport or other forms of ID)-Please note the name on the ID MUST BE THE SAME as the name registered in your membership.
  • Please note you CAN NOT change “Event Venue Collection” to any other delivery method once you’ve submitted.
  • Also, the tickets purchased on March242018 and after will automatically set to be collected on site.
  1. Please fill in "real, complete and accurate" recipient names and addresses in Chinese. Incomplete names, incomplete addresses, names in English or other languages, or nicknames may cause difficulties to the delivery process. When the mail is returned to tixCraft ticketing office, the order will automatically be converted to "Event Venue Collection".
  2. If your delivery address is your office address, please make sure it could indeed deliver to you. (For example: please write down the company/department name and extension phone number explicitly). If the mail is lost due to internal delivery issue of the mailroom or incorrect address/ contact information, tixCraft reserves the rights not to re-issue the tickets.
  3. In order to help consumers to receive the tickets in a fastest manner, and to avoid “theft & fraud”, you need to fill in the correct delivery address before your submit the order. tixCraft will not allow any modification on the delivery addresses once the order is successfully made.
  4. Tickets will begin to be sent in turn in later March2018. tixCraft will announce on website and the system will send emails to the members who made the order. Please check your inbox for an email from us. If the tickets are not delivered within 5 working days after you received the notification email, please call +886-2-87729835 during office hours.
  5. Orders that have been paid couldn’t be refunded if you exceed the time limit to collect your tickets.
  1. 10% of the ticket price will be charged as service fee for all refunded tickets unless the concert is cancelled due to force majeure.
  2. All tickets may not be exchanged. Tickets can be refunded if they are received by tixCraft by April. 7, 2018 (ten days before the event date).
  3. Refund Process:
    1. When apply for ticket refund, customers who paid by cash or ATM transfer will be refunded in cash, and those who paid by credit card will get the refund from the credit card used.
    2. Pay by Credit Card
      • If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form, and return the form with your original tickets by using registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
      • If the tickets have not been picked up yet, please download and complete the ticket refund application form and fax it to 02-8772-9853. The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
      • It may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft. After the refund process is done, money will be sent to the credit card company. The time for each card issuing bank to process the credits back to your account is different. Please check with your card issuing bank for the actual time the refund to appear on the statement.
    3. ATM Money Transfer
      • If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
      • If the tickets have not been picked up yet, please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form faxed to 02-8772-9853. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
      • The refund process may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received).
  4. Please check your order at "Order History" at tixCraft website after 5 working days. Your order status should be "Refund due to personal issues". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation.
