Billie Eilish Where Do We Go? World Tour in Taipei 怪奇比莉2020台北演唱會,因全球疫情影響無法訂定新的巡演日期,所以很遺憾的將宣布取消。怪奇比莉感謝您的耐心與體諒,並希望可以盡快到台北與歌迷們見面!
本場演出已售出之票券將委託拓元售票系統由即日起至2021/02/22止進行票面金額全額退費,退票手續費將由主辦單位自行吸收。詳細退票程序請見拓元售票系統說明。票務相關問題,請聯繫拓元售票客服專線 : 02-8772-9835或寄信至 tixcraft@tixcraft.com 。造成不便之處,敬請見諒。

  1. 退票期限:即日起至2021/02/22止。(退票截止收件日以郵件送達本公司日期為準,非以郵戳或寄件日期為準,請自行計算寄達時間。)
  2. 退票方式(依據付款方式),退票申請表(下載)
    • 信用卡付款者:
      1. 不需填寫退票申請表,票面金額全額將退刷至原購票之信用卡,刷退作業自即日起預計20個工作天內完成,退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。
    • ATM虛擬帳號付款者:
      1. 請下載及填寫退票申請表並附上存摺封面影本(包含銀行名、分行名、戶名、帳號,帳戶以台灣本地銀行為限)。每筆訂單僅限退款至一個銀行帳戶。
      2. 請傳真至02-8772-9853,若需確認傳真是否成功請洽拓元客服。
      3. 申請退票10個工作天後,請於訂單查詢確認訂單,訂單狀態將改為『主辦因素退票』,訂單狀態若無變動請務必來電或來信確認拓元是否有收到退票申請,退款作業時間約20個工作天(收到退票申請且資料完整起計算)

The Billie Eilish ‘Where Do We Go?’ World Tour in Taipei is no longer able to take place. Customers who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund at the point of purchase. While it was not possible to reschedule the tour at this time, Billie Eilish hopes to see her fans in Taipei soon! Thanks for your patience and understanding.

  1. Refund period: From now to 2021/02/22. (The date of receipt of the refund is based on the date of delivery of the mail to the company.)
  2. Refund method: download refund application form
    • If the tickets pay by credit card:
      1. Do not need to fill the ticket refund application form, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the original credit card.
    • If the tickets pay by ATM Money Transfert:
      1. Please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form faxed to 02-8772-9853. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
      2. If pay by ATM Money Transfer, the full amount of the ticket will be remitted to the designated account.
  1. Please check your order at "Order History" at tixCraft website after 10 working days. Your order status should be "Refund due to non-personal issues". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation. It may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft.
