【演出取消之票務辦法公告】SUKIMASWITCH TOUR 2019-2020 POPMAN’S CARNIVAL vol.2 in Taipei

致支持、關心無限開關 SUKIMASWITCH 和耐心等候的各位樂迷:

由於新型冠狀病毒肺炎的疫情狀況尚未明朗,考量觀眾安全,以及鑒於出入境相關限制尚未開放,在慎重討論後,原規劃再延期的「無限開關 SUKIMASWITCH TOUR 2019-2020 POPMANS CARNIVAL vol.2 in Taipei 」很遺憾還是艱難地決定取消舉行。

明白各位對於無限開關首次海外公演的期待,因取消帶來的不便我們深感抱歉,希望情勢能盡快平息,並期待見面的時刻。

本次已售出票券將委託拓元售票系統全額退費,即日起至 2021/3/31 止接受退票。

相關退票辦法如下:
一、退票期限:即日起至2021/03/31止。(退票截止收件日以郵件送達本公司日期為準,非以郵戳或寄件日期為準,請自行計算寄達時間。)

二、退票方式(依據取票與否),退票申請表(下載)

.已取票者

  1. 請下載及填寫退票申請表並附上票券正本。
  2. 請以掛號寄回「105403台北市松山區南京東路三段270號10樓 拓元售票系統 客服組(無限開關退票) 收 」。請勿親送,收件地址現場無法受理(為避免爭議,必須透過第三方郵寄系統配送並簽收)。收件時間為週一至週五10:00-18:00,適逢國定假日暫停服務。(平信遺失風險大,請寄掛號保障您的權益)
  3. 購票時以信用卡付款者,票款全額將退刷至原購票之信用卡。
  4. 購票時以ibon付款者,票款全額將匯款至購票者指定帳戶,請提供存摺封面影本(包含銀行名、分行名、戶名、帳號,帳戶以台灣本地銀行為限)

.未取票者:

  1. 購票時以信用卡付款者,不需填寫退票申請表,票面金額全額將退刷至原購票之信用卡,刷退作業自即日起預計20個工作天內完成,退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。

.申請退票20個工作天後,請於訂單查詢確認訂單,訂單狀態將改為『主辦因素退票』,訂單狀態若無變動請務必來電或來信確認拓元是否有收到退票申請,退款作業時間約40個工作天(收到退票申請且資料完整起計算),刷卡退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。


Refund information of SUKIMASWITCH TOUR 2019-2020 POPMAN’S CARNIVAL vol.2 in Taipei

Due to coronavirus proliferation concerns, we are deeply sorry that SUKIMASWITCH TOUR 2019-2020 POPMAN’S CARNIVAL vol.2 in Taipei on 11 September 2020 at TAIPEI CLAPPER STUDIO has been cancelled .

Customers who have purchased tickets can apply Ticket refund from now and will end on 31 March 2021. 
We sincerely apology for any inconvenience caused.

Refund period: 2021/2/3 to 2021/3/31. (The date of receipt of the refund is based on the date of delivery of the mail to the company.)

  1. Refund method:
    • If the tickets have been picked up:
      1. Please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
      2. If pay by credit card, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the original credit card.
      3. If pay by ibon(cash), the full amount of the ticket will be remitted to the designated account (valid domestic account in Taiwan only).
    • If the tickets have not been picked up yet:
      1. If the tickets pay by credit card, do not need to fill the ticket refund application form, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the original credit card.
  1. Please check your order at "Order History" at tixCraft website after 20 working days. Your order status should be "Refund due to non-personal issues". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation. It may take up to 40 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft. After the refund process is done, money will be sent to the credit card company. The time for each card issuing bank to process the credits back to your account is different. Please check with your card issuing bank for the actual time the refund to appear on the statement.
