【COLDPLAY】常見問題回覆說明

  • 購票完成後,系統不會寄送確認信件,請登入拓元系統,點選【訂單查詢】查看,訂單狀態為【等待配送-已確認付款】,即表示付款成功。
  • 演唱會採用的是電子感應票卡,預計2017/02下旬寄出。
  • 票卡不提供海外寄件服務,海外會員一律現場取票。
  • 票卡紀念姓名填寫後不得修改,且限11/20-11/2612/02-12/04成立之訂單可以填寫。
  • 現場取票時間及地點與入場相關資訊將於演出前一週公告,屆時請留意官網公告。
  • 現場取票需帶訂單編號及購票會員本人證件正本(身份證 or 健保卡 or 護照,必備)。
  • 演唱會全場為站位區,依入場序號前後順序進場,整隊時間會於開演前公佈。
  • 電腦配位是以最前面可售序號開始分配 , 若入場序號不連續者欲同時入場,您可選擇所持有的最後一個號碼一起排隊入場。

[For frequent asked questions we received recently, the answers are as follows.]

  • tixCraft do not sent the confirmation email. Please log into tixCraft and click “訂單查詢 Order History”.
    If your “訂單狀態 Order Status” is “等待配送-已確認付款” "等待現場取票-已確認付款" "等待配送-票券製作中", means the order is successful.
  • The ticket of the concert is RFID card (looks like a credit card) and will be delivered in Late February.
  • Overseas shipping service is not available. Foreigners could collect the tickets at the venue on the show date.
  • If you order the ticket between Nov. 20 – Nov. 26 & Dec. 2 - Dec. 4, you can fill in your name on the ticket for memory. The name may not be changed after submitting.
  • The detailed information about “Event Venue Collection” and "Admission" will be announced one week before the show date.
  • "Event Venue Collection" please present the following document for identity verification (both required): Order number +Membership certificate (only ID or insurance card or passport).
  • The "seats" field represents entrance serial number for 2017 Coldplay events.
    There are no seat during the show. The audience will be standing and enjoying the performance.
  • The smallest available serial numbers are distributed first.
    In case you have non-consecutive numbers in your order, you may choose to line up with the greatest number among those in your order.
    For instance, someone got #123 and #367, they may line up at the position of #367 together.
