  1. Within three days of ticket purchase, refunds can be processed with a 5% handling fee based on the ticket face value. Exchanging tickets is considered the same as refunding. For those purchasing various discounted tickets, relevant proof of eligibility must be presented at the time of purchase and entry. The total number of tickets refunded per person for each event cannot exceed the specified limit for ticket purchases as announced for the concert.
  2. Each person is entitled to one ticket, and entry is allowed with the wristband obtained upon ticket exchange. Lost or misplaced tickets and wristbands will not be reissued, except for registered wristbands, which may be replaced for a processing fee in the event of loss. For the general admission, due to the absence of assigned seating and the ticket being an anonymous valuable security, entry may be denied in case of ticket loss. Please ensure proper safekeeping of the ticket, as lost tickets will not be reissued.
  3. Children under the age of 12 can enter free of charge but must be accompanied by at least one adult with a valid ticket.
  4. Each person is limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 tickets for this event.
  5. Please carefully review your order details. Once the ticket is sold, it indicates that the user agrees to pay for the contents and price of this transaction. Users are not allowed to refuse payment for this transaction for any reason.
  6. Please support the eradication of scalpers and the resale of second-hand tickets. Purchase tickets only from the official ticketing website at https://tixcraft.com. Please refrain from buying tickets from unofficial sources. The ticketing system will not be responsible for any loss of rights caused by purchasing tickets from unofficial ticketing websites, and the organizer reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of tickets.
  7. If any ticket is found to be resold at a higher price for any reason and is verified to be true, the entry rights will be revoked without any refund. Moreover, the perpetrator may be reported to the police and legal actions may be taken according to Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.
  8. Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organizer. Any behavior that disrupts the order of the performance may result in expulsion from the venue without refund. In the event of postponement or cancellation for any reason, the organizer will not be responsible for compensating transportation and accommodation expenses. Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
  9. The following actions are strictly prohibited at the event venue:
    • Using cameras, camcorders, or any recording equipment for video, audio, or live broadcasting.
    • If caught engaging in such behavior, individuals will be escorted out by staff. In severe cases, re-entry will not be permitted. The organizer reserves the right to forcefully expose film or delete content captured/recorded on memory cards to protect the rights of artists' portraits and intellectual property. Any damage or loss of such items will not be the responsibility of the organizer, who also reserves the right to pursue legal action.
  10. During the performance,
    • Please don’t stand on chair for safety reason.
    • Please don't raise any support boards or cellphones to block other’s view.
    • Please don't throw any kinds of light sticks, bottles or cans or objects may cause damage.
    • The staff members have the right to request violators to leave the venue.Please don’t stand on chair for safety reason.

  1. チケット購入後3日以内であれば、払い戻しが可能です(※台湾時間基準)。払い戻しには、券面価格の5%が手数料として差し引かれます。チケットの変更も払い戻しと同様に扱われます。割引チケットをご購入の場合は、ご利用時に該当する証明書の提示が必要です。1公演につきお一人様が払い戻しできる枚数は、公式の購入上限を超えることはできません。複数回に分けて購入された場合も同様です。
  2. 本イベントは「1人1枚のチケット」が必要です。チケットはリストバンドと交換してご入場いただきます。台湾国内配送を選択された方には、チケットとリストバンドが一緒にお届けされますので、当日会場での交換はできません。
    ※海外在住の方がチケットを購入される場合、台湾国内での受取手配(例:知人の住所)などをご検討ください。
    なお、チケットおよびリストバンドの紛失・再発行は原則対応しておりません。ただし、事前に記名されたリストバンドについては、手数料のお支払いと紛失届の提出により再発行可能です。
    スタンディングエリア(ロックゾーン)は自由席となっており、チケットは無記名の有価証券扱いとなるため、紛失された場合は入場をお断りする場合があります。紛失しないよう、十分にご注意ください。
  3. 12歳未満のお子様はチケット不要ですが、必ずチケットをお持ちの保護者(成人)と一緒にご入場ください。
  4. 本イベントのチケット購入は、お一人様につき4枚までとさせていただきます。
  5. 台湾国内配送を選択された方は、事前にリストバンドを受け取ることができます。これにより、当日は交通系ICカードへのチャージや記名手続きが事前に可能となり、現地での引換列に並ぶことなく、スムーズに入場可能です。
    ※海外からご参加の方は、現地での受取・交換方法について事前にご確認ください。
  6. チケット購入時は、内容を十分にご確認ください。購入完了後は、取引内容と価格に同意されたものとみなされ、いかなる理由でも支払いを拒否することはできません。
  7. 転売・高額転売の防止のため、チケットは必ず台湾の公式販売サイト「https://tixcraft.com」よりご購入ください。 非公式サイト・フリマアプリ・個人間取引等で入手されたチケットは無効となる可能性があり、その場合、入場不可となっても責任は負いかねます。主催者は正規チケットかどうかの最終判断権を有します。
  8. 営利目的での転売、定価以上での転売(名目を問わず)が確認された場合、該当チケットの入場権は無効とし、払い戻しも行いません。さらに、台湾の「社会秩序維持法」第64条第2項に基づき、警察への通報・法的手続きを行う場合があります。
  9. すべてのお客様に安全かつ円滑にイベントをお楽しみいただくため、主催者の指示や会場のルールに必ず従ってください。公演の妨げとなる行為があった場合は、退場いただくことがあり、チケット代金の返金はいたしません。また、イベントの延期・中止に伴う旅費・宿泊費などの補償は行いません。チケット券面金額のみの払い戻し対応となります。
  10. 会場内では以下の行為を禁止しております:
    • カメラ・ビデオカメラ・録音機材等の使用、ならびに撮影・録音・配信行為。
    • 違反が確認された場合は退場処分となり、場合によっては再入場をお断りする場合もあります。また、記録された内容の削除や破棄をお願いすることがあります(肖像権・著作権保護のため)。これに関する損害やデータ紛失等への補償はいたしかねます。必要に応じて法的措置を講じます。

  1. Please note that you will only be able to start purchasing tickets on the tixCraft website after successfully verifying your mobile phone number. If you don't have an account yet you can learn more about creating a new account here.
  2. Please note that there is a limit of 4 tickets per person. You can buy tickets using either your desktop, tablet, or mobile device. If you want to be efficient and speed up your ticket purchase, you can choose Best Available as your seat selection method.
  3. You can choose Credit Card or ATM Funds Transfer as your payment method. If you choose ATM Funds Transfer, please complete the payment within 1 hour.
  4. Credit Card
    • We accept credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. Unfortunately, we can't accept payment from American Express, Diners Club, and UnionPay cards. For ease of purchasing make sure that your credit card limit is sufficient before booking your tickets. After being directed to the credit card payment page, please do not return to the previous page, or close the credit card payment page as this might cause your order to fail. Please check whether the credit card information is correct before sending it out.
    • After submitting your credit card payment, regardless of the prompt that is displayed (successful, failed, etc.), you should always refer to your Order Status under My Tickets in your tixCraft fan account for an accurate confirmation of whether your payment was successful or not.
      1. If the status Order Confirmed is displayed, it means that your card transaction was successful.
      2. If the status Credit card processing failed is displayed, it means that your payment has failed, and you need to go back to the event page and re-do your ticket purchase.
  5. ATM Funds Transfer
    • Please make sure to transfer the right amount (Total Payable) into the correct Wire Transfer / Virtual Bank Account for this event within the given Payment Deadline displayed for your order. If you have exceeded the payment deadline, the order will automatically be canceled. Non-Cathay Financial Cards and non-Cathay Pacific Teller Machines will automatically charge a surcharge of NT$15. (Please do not add this amount to the transfer amount indicated by the system, it will automatically be deducted by the respective bank.)
    • We only accept transfers from local accounts from Taiwan that are issued by financial institutions, Post offices, the credit departments of farmers' and fishermen's associations and credit cooperatives. Please confirm that your account has been set for non-designated transfer function. For ease of purchasing, make sure that your transfer limit is sufficient before booking your tickets. Please note that we will not accept bank transfers from overseas accounts.
    • The transfer must be done via an ATM, web ATM, or Mobile device APP. You can choose Bank Transfer or Bill Payment on the ATM. If the total transfer amount exceeds NT$30,000, you can only choose the Bill Payment to pay. Remittances and deposits are not accepted. Please do not make your payment at the bank cashier counters and do not select the deposit function on the ATM.
    • The system will display your unique transfer account information for this order. The bank code is Cathay United Bank (013), and the first four digits of the account number are 2821 or 2700, totaling 16 digits.
  6. If you have any unpaid orders or if your payment for any orders has failed in your account, you will need to wait until the system automatically deletes the previous orders for the next purchase. 
  7. By completing your order, you agree to pay the price as specified by the transaction and you also agree to follow the rules as set out for your purchase. You cannot refuse to complete the payment for any reason. (If you need a refund, please follow the refund rules of the event that you are purchasing tickets for.)
  8. When making a payment, regardless of the prompt that is displayed (successful, failed, etc.), you should always refer to your Order Status under My Tickets in your tixCraft fan account to confirm whether your payment was successful or not.
  9. If there is a refund ticket, the system will automatically release it on the system.
  1. You may choose Courier/Registered Mail or Ticket Collection - FamiPort as your ticket collection method. Once the ticket collection method is submitted, it cannot be changed.
    • The tickets that are purchased before 2025/10/15, You may choose Courier/Registered Mail as your ticket collection method. Each order can only be delivered to one address. If your tickets need to be sent to different addresses, please order your tickets separately.
    • The tickets that are purchased from 2025/10/16 and after, you only can choose Ticket Collection - FamiPort as your ticket collection method.
  2. Courier/Registered Mail: The service fee is NT$200 per order. You can receive the wristbands before the event and enter the Festival directly.
  3. Ticket Collection - FamiPort: The collection fee for each order is NT$30. FamiPort tickets will be exchanged with wristbands at the Festival site.
  4. Courier/Registered Mail
    • All tickets will be delivered via appointed logistics company to your delivery address within Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu. Overseas shipping service is not available. Please choose Ticket Collection - FamiPort as your delivery method and collect your tickets at FamilyMart convenience store.
    • Your membership information will be used as shipping information. Please make sure that your name, phone number and address are correct in order to receive tickets or products successfully.
    • Please fill in "real, complete and accurate" recipient names and addresses in Chinese. Incomplete names, incomplete addresses, names in English or other languages, or nicknames may cause difficulties to the delivery process. When the mail is returned to tixCraft ticketing office, the order will automatically be converted to "Venue Collection".
    • If your delivery address is your office address, please make sure it could indeed deliver to you. (For example, please write down the company/department name and extension phone number explicitly). If the mail is lost due to internal delivery issue of the mailroom or incorrect address / contact information, tixCraft reserves the rights not to re-issue the tickets.
    • In order to help consumers to receive the tickets in a fastest manner, and to avoid "theft & fraud", you need to fill in the correct delivery address before your submit the order. tixCraft will not allow any modification on the delivery addresses once the order is successfully made.
    • Tickets will begin to be sent in batches from late October 2025. tixCraft will announce on website and the system will send emails to the members who made the order. Please check your inbox for an email from us. If the tickets are not delivered within 5 working days after you received the notification email, please call 02-8772-9835 or  Contact Us during office hours.
  5. Ticket Collection - FamiPort
    • To start click the following on the FamiPort kiosk: 票券 (Tickets) → 售票系統 (Ticketing System) → 拓元售票系統 (tixCraft Ticketing System).
    • Please follow the instructions on the FamiPort kiosk screen to enter your Collection S/N and your Collection No., then print out your collection fee payment slip. (You can go to My Tickets to check the collection information.)
    • Give the slip to the cashier at the store counter to scan your barcode and retrieve your tickets. After paying the ticket collection fee the cashier will give you your tickets.
    • Please note that the on-site ticket counter will not be able to provide assistance for Ticket Collection – FamiPort services.
  6. Orders that have been paid couldn’t be refunded if you exceed the time limit to collect your tickets.
  1. According to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of China, Arts and Culture Act No. 10710128232 (revised on May 16, 2018), 'Art and Cultural Performance Ticket Standard Form Contract information that has to be recorded and information that cannot be recorded', Article 6 states that for refunds and exchanges,,As shown in the FAQ.The refund rules for this event is as follows.
  2. The refund handling fee is 5% of the ticket face price. The following fees, that are not part of the ticket face price, are not included in the refund: system service fee, ticket handling fee, bank transfer fee, and postage fee.
  3. Please apply for a refund within 3 days after the ticket purchase. If the ticket purchase date is less than three days before the event, please complete the refund application before the event starts.
    Ex. If the purchase date is 2025/06/25, then the deadline for the refund application is 2025/06/28.
    Ex. If the purchase date is 2025/06/26, then the deadline for the refund application is 2025/06/29.
  4. For those who have collected tickets and need to apply for a refund by mail, if the third day after the ticket purchase (excluding the day of purchase) falls on a holiday, the deadline for receipt will be postponed to the next working day due to the delivery schedule of the logistics providers.
  5. Please calculate the delivery time by yourself. tixCraft will not accept a late delivery. Before the event date, if a refund applicant sends in a refund application that does not meet the stipulated time limit for refunds, tixCraft will notify the applicant to collect their ticket(s) according to the contact information that was provided on the refund application form. If customer service fails to connect with the applicant or the applicant fails to retrieve the ticket(s), tixCraft will not be held responsible for the ticket(s). tixCraft will not be responsible for the safekeeping of tickets or any other responsibilities, and all responsibilities and consequences will be borne by the applicant.
  6. Refund methods:
    • If you haven't collected your tickets yet:
        1. Payment via Credit Card: You can apply for a refund by Online Refund Application (via Account). Please make sure to submit your refund application before the refund deadline. Log into your account on the tixCraft website and click on My Tickets. Find the order that you want to refund and click on the Online Refund Application/Progress Inquiry button. Lastly, select the ticket(s) that you want to refund and hit submit. Your refund application has now been submitted and the system will review your application. You will see that your ticket's Action status will change to Reviewing Refund. After deducting the refund handling fee, we will refund the remaining ticket fee to the credit card that you used to make your purchase with. (Refunds on the date of the event cannot be applied online. Please provide the refund application form at Contact Us to apply for a refund before the event starts.)
        2. Payment via ATM Funds Transfer: You can apply for a refund by Online Refund Application. Please download and fill in the refund application form. After completing the refund application form, please click Contact Us to apply online, and upload the refund application form and account cover as attachments by taking a photo or scanning. If the refund application form is not provided, the application will not be accepted. The account cover copy must include the bank name, branch name, account name, and account number. Your designated account needs to be a Taiwanese currency account with a local bank or post office in Taiwan. After deducting the refund handling fee, we will refund the remaining ticket fee to your designated account.
        3. If you apply for a partial refund, please confirm in My Tickets that the status of the ticket has been noted as Refund - Personal refund, and then collect other tickets for the order.
      1. If you already collected your tickets, you only can apply for a refund by Refund Application via Mail:
        1. Payment via Credit Card: Please download and complete the refund application form, and return the form with your original tickets. After deducting the refund handling fee, we will refund the remaining ticket fee to the credit card that you used to make your purchase with.
        2. Payment via ATM Funds Transfer: Please download and complete the refund application form, and return the form with your original tickets and an account cover copy. The account cover copy must include the bank name, branch name, account name, and account number. Your designated account needs to be a Taiwanese currency account with a local bank or post office in Taiwan. After deducting the applicable refund fees, we will refund the remaining ticket fee to your designated account.
        3. Please return the refund application form with your original tickets and an account cover copy(if needed) and send it by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. We suggest that you do not send your refund applications by ordinary/regular mail. Refund applications are not accepted in person. In order to avoid disputes, it must be delivered and signed by a third-party mailing system such as registered mail or courier services. Our refund receiving time is from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
    • Your order status will be changed to Refund - Personal refund, 5 days after we have received your refund application. Please sign into your account on the tixCraft website and go to the My Tickets tab to check the status of your order. If your order status did not change, please get in touch by clicking on Contact Us to confirm that we have received your refund application. The refund processing time may take up to 20 working days (calculated from the day that we receive your refund application). Please note that credit card refund times are subject to the operation time of the card issuing bank.
