  1. Tickets can be refunded within three days of purchase
    A service fee of 5% of the ticket prices will be charged for ticket refund. For discount ticket applicants, you must be able to present valid documents upon purchase and entry on show day. The total amount of refund tickets for each person/show should not exceed the limit quantity of each show in all circumstances.
  2. There will be security check conducted upon entry.

  3. One ticket admits one person (including children) and is valid only for the date specified on the ticket.
  4. Please review these terms and conditions and check your order details carefully. Once payment is completed, the transaction cannot be canceled.
  5. Tickets cannot be reissued, refunded, or exchanged if lost, damaged, burned, or rendered unrecognizable. Tickets that have been altered, tampered with, defaced, or presented as copies or scans will be deemed invalid.
  6. Ticket Fraud and Scalping Prevention Notice:
    • We are aware that some fans have purchased tickets through unofficial sources, such as secondary resale platforms. The artist’s management strongly urges fans not to purchase tickets from unauthorized sellers. Please purchase your tickets only through the official ticketing platform – tixCraft. Tickets may be released periodically, so please stay updated by checking the official site regularly. Please be advised that tickets purchased from secondary sources may result in denied entry due to disputes or verification issues. To protect your rights and interests, always buy your tickets from the official ticketing system.
    • Tickets purchased through resale platforms at prices higher than the official ticket price are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The promoter reserves the right to report such cases to the police in accordance with Article 64-2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act.
  7. Please follow all concert regulations. Anyone who violates the rules may be denied entry or removed from the venue. The promoter reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
  8. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the promoter will only refund the face value of the ticket and will not be responsible for any transportation or accommodation costs.
  9. The following actions are strictly prohibited at the event:
    • The use of cameras, video recorders, audio recorders, or any equipment for filming, recording, or live streaming.
    • Anyone found engaging in these activities will be escorted out of the venue. In severe cases, re-entry will not be permitted.
    • The organizer reserves the right to expose undeveloped film or delete any content recorded or photographed from memory cards in order to protect the artist’s portrait rights and intellectual property. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment and reserves the right to pursue legal action.
  10. During the performance, please follow the guidelines below:
    • Do not stand on chairs for safety reasons.
    • Do not raise support boards, mobile phones, or any objects that may obstruct the view of others.
    • Do not throw light sticks, bottles, cans, or any objects that may cause harm or disturbance.
    • Staff members reserve the right to remove any individuals who violate these rules.
  11. Lost Tickets:
    • Seated Tickets: If you lose your seated ticket, please contact tixCraft as soon as possible via phone at 02-8772-9835 or email at Contact us.
    • You will be required to bring the following to the tixCraft ticket booth before 6:00 PM on the show day: A police report, Proof of purchase, A valid photo ID
    • You will be asked to sign a certification document. If the original seat remains unoccupied after the show starts, you may be allowed to enter.
    • However, if someone presents the original ticket, they will be given priority to enter. In such cases, the person who lost the ticket must repurchase a ticket for entry. If a dispute arises, the case may be reported to the police for further investigation.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time.

  4. You can choose "Credit Card" (online only) or "ATM Funds Transfer" as your payment method. Please note the ATM card you use must be registered by Taiwan bank and please finish your transaction via ATM money transfer within 1 hour after the order is confirmed.
  5. Starting from 2026/01/29, only credit card payments will be accepted.
  6. "Credit Card" (online only)
    • VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards, UnionPay are acceptable for credit card payment. American Express and Diners credit cards are not acceptable.
    • If your transaction is failed or declined by paying with credit cards, please always check your order status on our website whether the order is confirmed.
  7. "ATM Funds Transfer"
    • Bank transfer over the counter is not allowed.
    • Paying with a non-Cathay Bank ATM card or at a non-Cathay Bank ATM machine will be charged NT$15 as extra bank charges.
  8. If you have any unpaid orders or if your payment for any orders has failed in your account, you will need to wait until the system automatically deletes the previous orders for the next purchase.
  9. If there is a refund ticket, the system will automatically release the seat back to the system.
  1. You may choose "Ticket Collection - ibon" or "Mobile Tickets" as your ticket collection method. Once the ticket collection method is submitted, it cannot be changed.
  2. "Ticket Collection - ibon"
    • 5 days before the event starts (2026/1/31), you can go to the "My Tickets" to check the "Collection serial number" and "Collection number", and then you can pickup the tickets at 7-11 ibon Kiosk in Taiwan.
    • To start click the following on the ibon kiosk: 購票/取票/訂房(Tickets/Ticket Colletcion/Hotel Reservation) → 售票系統 (Ticketing System) → 取票 (Ticket Collection) → 拓元售票系統 (tixCraft Ticketing System).
    • Please follow the instructions on the ibon kiosk screen to enter your Collection S/N and your Collection No., then print out your collection fee payment slip.
    • Give the slip to the cashier at the store counter to scan your barcode and retrieve your tickets.
    • Please note that the on-site ticket counter will not be able to provide assistance for Ticket Collection - ibon services.
  3. "Mobile Ticket"
    • After completing your payment successfully, tixCraft will generate a QR Code mobile ticket for each ticket in your order.
    • We advise that you do not post any screenshots or photos of your QR Code mobile ticket. By keeping this information private you can protect your rights and interests, and avoid having your information used in a malicious manner.
  4. If your order has been paid for and you did not collect your tickets before the expiry date, the tickets will be deemed as sold and refund applications will not be accepted.
  1. Please read our FAQ for the complete regulations on refunding tickets announced by Ministry of Culture. The rules of refund for this event is as follows.
  2. 5% of the ticket price will be charged as service fee for all refunded tickets unless the concert is cancelled due to force majeure.
  3. The tickets can be refunded but may not be exchanged. Please apply for a refund within 3 days after the ticket purchase. Ex:
    • If the purchase date is 2025/12/08, then the deadline for the refund application is 2025/12/11.
    • If the purchase date is 2025/12/09, then the deadline for the refund application is 2025/12/12.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Pay by Credit Card
      1. If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form, and return the form with your original tickets by using registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105403, Taiwan. The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
      2. If the tickets have not been picked up yet, to refund with [Online Refund Application]: Log into your account on the tixCraft website and click on "My Tickets". Find the order that you want to refund and click on the "Online Refund Application/Progress Inquiry" button. Lastly, select the ticket(s) that you want to refund and hit submit. Your refund application has now been submitted and the system will review your application. You will see that your ticket's Action status will change to "Reviewing Refund". The ticket prices minus the refund service fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
      3. It may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft. After the refund process is done, money will be sent to the credit card company. The time for each card issuing bank to process the credits back to your account is different. Please check with your card issuing bank for the actual time the refund to appear on the statement.
    • Pay by ATM Funds Transfer
      1. If the tickets have been picked up, please download and complete the ticket refund application form. Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105403, Taiwan. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly.
      2. If the tickets have not been picked up yet, please complete the refund application form before the refund deadline, click on [Contact Us], fill in the required fields, and upload your refund application form and any other supporting documents as an attachment and submit your request to us. You can scan or simply take a photo of your refund application form and supporting documents, but please make sure that the photo quality is legible.
      3. The refund process may take up to 20 working days (start from the date when the application is received).
  5. Please check your order at "My Tickets" at tixCraft website after 5 working days. Your order status should be "Refund - Personal refund". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation.
