原定退票期限於今日1月20日截止,但因仍有許多歌迷仍未將票券寄回,本次退票將展延至2021年2月5日(五)。(退票截止收件日以郵件送達「拓元售票系統」之日期為準,非以郵戳或寄件日期為準,請自行計算寄達時間。)

感謝大家對ONE OK ROCK一路以來的支持與耐心等候,因新型冠狀病毒疫情並未趨緩,原本期望能改到2021上半年舉辦的台灣場演唱會,在此非常遺憾與難過的,必須向各位樂迷們正式宣布取消。

無論ONE OK ROCK團隊、雅慕斯娛樂以及各相關單位,自從全球疫情爆發後,在這大半年的時間,不斷討論各種應對方式,從來不放棄各種可能性。

但至今全球疫情仍未穩定,依舊是難以預測的嚴重情況,且基於保護藝人、工作人員以及每位重要的樂迷的原則之下,經過多次討論後才做出「取消」這個如此艱難的抉擇。

感謝各位的體諒與耐心等候,對於這段期間造成各位的不便與困擾,在此致上萬分歉意,本檔演唱會自即日起至 2021/1/20 止全面接受退票,並委託拓元售票系統處理所有退票作業,

在如此嚴峻的2020年,團隊們希望每位樂迷都能夠平安、健康,希望在不久的將來,疫情好轉、生活回歸正軌後,無論你(妳)在哪裡,我們可以再度相聚、放聲歌唱,共同創造最美好的演唱會回憶。

※退票說明:

  1. 退票期限:即日起至2021/02/05止。(退票截止收件日以郵件送達本公司日期為準,非以郵戳或寄件日期為準,請自行計算寄達時間。)
  2. 退票方式(依據取票與否),退票申請表(下載)
    • 已取票者:請填寫退票申請表並附上票券正本、存摺封面影本(包含銀行名、分行名、戶名、帳號,帳戶以台灣本地銀行為限)。請以掛號寄回「10551台北市松山區南京東路三段270號10樓 拓元售票系統 客服組 收」。 請勿親送,收件地址現場無法受理(為避免爭議,必須透過第三方郵寄系統配送並簽收)。收件時間為週一至週五10:00-18:00,適逢國定假日暫停服務。購票時以信用卡付款者,票款全額將退刷至原購票之信用卡,郵寄費28元及取票手續費30元將匯款至購票者指定帳戶。購票時以ibon付款或ATM轉帳者,票款全額、郵寄費28元及取票手續費30元將匯款至購票者指定帳戶。
    • 未取票者:以信用卡付款者,不需填寫退票申請表,票面金額全額將退刷至原購票之信用卡,刷退作業預計於2021年1月中旬完成,退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。以ATM虛擬帳號付款者,請填寫退票申請表傳真至02-8772-9853,若需確認傳真是否成功請洽拓元客服。票款全額將匯款至購票者指定帳戶。
  3. 申請退票20個工作天後,請於訂單查詢確認訂單,訂單狀態將改為『主辦因素退票』,訂單狀態若無變動請務必來電或來信確認拓元是否有收到退票申請,退款作業時間約40個工作天(收到退票申請且資料完整起計算),刷卡退款時間將依發卡行之作業時間為準。

Thank you to all the fans for your patience and support for ONE OK ROCK throughout this difficult year.

Due to the continuing situation with the COVID-19 pandemic around the world which makes it very extremely hard to logistically organize a successful live performance.
We have come to an extremely difficult decision that the show can no longer able to take place or reschedule to next year. Amuse Taiwan and management has decided to postpone the show indefinitely.

While it is unfortunate that this tour cannot happen at this time, ONE OK ROCK still hopes to see all fans in Taipei soon in the near future!
We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We will begin a full refund window for all ticket holders from the point of purchase from December 10th, 2020 - January 20th, 2021 .

※Refund information:

  1. Refund period: From now to 2020/02/05. (The date of receipt of the refund is based on the date of delivery of the mail to the company.)
  2. Refund method: download refund application form
    • If the tickets have been picked up: Please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form with your original tickets sent by registered mail to: tixCraft Customer Service Department 10F, No.270, Sec. 3, Nanjing E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 10551, Taiwan. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly. If pay by credit card, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the original credit card, the postage of NT$28 and the ibon service fee of NT$30 will be remitted to the designated account. If pay by ATM Money Transfer, the full amount of the ticket, the postage of NT$28 and the ibon service fee of NT$30 will be remitted to the designated account.
    • If the tickets have not been picked up yet: If pay by credit card, do not need to fill the ticket refund application form, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the original credit card. If pay by ATM Money Transfer, please have one copy of your passbook (valid domestic account in Taiwan only) and the completed application form faxed to 02-8772-9853. The copy of your passbook must show bank’s name and branch, account holder’s name and account number clearly. The full amount of the ticket will be remitted to the designated account.
  1. Please check your order at "Order History" at tixCraft website after 20 working days. Your order status should be "Refund due to non-personal issues". If your order status does not change, please contact us immediately by phone or email for confirmation. It may take up to 40 working days (start from the date when the application is received) to complete the refund process by tixCraft.
